BROADCAST READY?
Absorb is the stage where I engage myself in available learning opportunities related to my current interests and skillset. This practice will help me determine the essence of my interests and their relation to my goals. But, watching, listening, and reading is not enough to secure my growth as an aspiring professional. To evolve, I need to step out of my comfort zone by practicing and applying the knowledge and skills that I possess.
The new normal has been a challenge for me, specifically time management. With it determined, I can start enhancing my time management skills by practicing work efficiency with undivided attention. But, it does not mean that I will compromise the effectiveness of my works. Together with my vision, I consider these as the steps I have to take to conquer the uphill battle to opportunities; because opportunities come to those who are prepared.
With my newly found internal locus, I am now less anxious about the inclinations that I had to take; instead, I am more active in taking the right steps at the right speed and grabbing opportunities on time. Because at the end of the day, those uphill roads are the ones that lead us to new heights in our lives.
