When people ask me about a place to visit, the first thing that comes to mind is a place near home, a familiar place for a familiar face; Paris, France. I have not been to France ever, but someone close to me is staying there for more than a decade now. Thus, the reason behind this family vacation.
Language is art, but grammar is craft.
Looking back on my younger years, grammar is the part of communication where I do not focus my attention, since I prefer numbers than letters and I was young. But now, here I am, a sophomore Communication student.
At this part of life, we were expected to know the basics of our field, that includes grammar in communication, and last February I received my wake up call. I took our quiz that concerns grammar with confidence, but it seems like that I only have confidence but not the expertise on grammar.
I know I did not excel on that quiz but one thing is for sure, I am not perfect. But, it will always be me who can rectify my own errors to better my craft.
